Project Progress
This is our Project Progress page, where the work all of our individual groups is recorded.
Games and Obstacles
The Games and Obstacles group has decided on a list of field challenge games and they are mapping them out inside the track. The games include "Fish out of water", "The Great Jungle Fire", "Four-legged Race" and "Bat Sonar". More game details will be coming soon.
Marketing
The Marketing group is using Pinterest to find costume ideas, and has composed and sent a press release for the Bethel Citizen newspaper. They are also working on event invitations to send to local people and groups.
Face Painting
Face Painting is using Pinterest for more face painting ideas, making posters for face painting examples, and trying out the paint and ideas.
Race Logistics
Race Logistics is communicating with a representative of Sunday River to help with the 5K. They're making a list of people and groups to notify about the event, figuring out how to time the race, finding race bibs and other details.
Food and Water
The Food and Water crew is making lists of what we will need as food and drink at the 5K, making signs for refreshments, asking for donations, and arranging to borrow water coolers.
Awards
Awards is working with the Heart of the Mountains to come up with ideas/donation for prizes. They are also making medals and trophies for the winners.
